Depending on what you want your website to do, and its current state, you’ll likely need one or more of the following services.

1. Keyword Phrase Analysis
Your answers to the questions in the Free Consultation will help define the keywords to target. We’ll do additional market research to determine the dozens to hundreds of keyword phrases your target audience uses to search for companies, products and services like yours. We will analyze these terms to find those with the best ranking potential (they have a good ratio between amount of searches and amount of competing websites).

Local search keyword terms will also be researched to find what phrases your local prospects may be using.

Many keyword analysis tools only analyze the number of websites indexed in a search engine for a particular keyword. We go deeper and are able to determine the exact number of websites optimized for each keyword phrase. These sites are your only real competition online, as its possible to quickly outrank any website that isn’t optimized for your selected keywords.

It’s not uncommon to find that a keyword term that appears highly competitive, is actually quite easy to rank for! Vice versa, we’ll also know which keyword terms not to waste time or resources on.

2. Content Creation
Content is key to any search marketing campaign. There are three content areas that we target:

A. On-Site Optimization.

This includes your site’s content and source code. We will analyze the code for errors that may prevent search engines from properly spidering your site. Meta data for each web page will be optimized and we will
review and edit (if necessary) your content for optimal keyword density. The goal is to make your web site attractive and friendly to the search engines and at the same time, have your sales and conversion pages get prospects to either pick up the phone, visit your business or complete a transaction online.

B. Article Creation.

We will write one or more articles for every keyword term chosen. Articles are normally between 200 to 400 words. Each article will be well written, informative, and engaging to ensure that they add value to your visitors’ experience and move the sales process forward in addition to attracting the search engines.

Articles will be added to your site frequently, rather than all at once. Search engines like sites that present fresh content.

C. Promotion

We’ll develop additional articles (and/or videos and press releases) that identify and target your audience’s pressure points: the secrets they want to know, the tips they need to hear, the problems and solutions your company addresses.

These articles will not be placed on your website, but will instead be promoted to hundreds of other websites that will publish the articles on their website – with a link back to your website.

This achieves two objectives: 1) each article links back to your website, earning your website one-way links from authoritative sites, and 2) the higher the number of independent websites that discuss or publish a positive article about your company, products, services or solutions, the better for your website’s ranking in the search engines. Think of it as a popularity contest. Generally websites with more one-way links, linking back, outrank sites with fewer links.

The result – information which promotes your company, products, services and solutions can be found in multiple places on the web. Each article or video links back to your main website. It’s comparable to creating a big net to draw in a larger prospect base. Rather than just your own website, prospects often first discover what you have to offer elsewhere, and when they see you have what they want, they’ll click the link to visit your site. Often it’s the first step in being pre-sold.

3. Linking Strategy

In addition to the links earned through article promotion, we will seek out additional linking opportunities. We will concentrate on authority sites with high Page Rank and traffic rankings as links from these are considered powerful “votes.”

4. Social Media

There are multiple ways to promote your website and company with social media. Facebook, Linked In, Twitter and dozens if not hundreds of social media sites can be used to help promote your business website.

5. RSS Feeds

We will implement RSS feeds on your blog and/or article pages to keep visitors apprised of new content. Search engines will also be notified through your RSS feed every time a page is added to your site, resulting in faster indexing.

6. Tracking and Analysis

You will receive detailed reports on your rankings on Google, Yahoo and Bing, as well as site traffic and visitor behavior.

7. Design, Copy Writing and Programming
